On-Time Promise
If we miss your pass’s time window, you get a $40 credit toward extra clearings or next season’s pass. The window starts when the snow stops.
It doesn’t apply during storms of 10 inches or more, when the National Weather Service has a winter storm warning for Rexburg, or on holidays. On those days we still come as soon as we safely can. On Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day, we clear by 2 PM.

FAQ
What counts as a clearing?
One visit after 2 inches or more of snow builds up, from one storm or several. A single storm of 10 inches or more counts as two clearings.
When will you come?
Your window starts when the snow stops. Basic: within 24 hours. Standard: by noon if the snow stops by 6 AM, otherwise within 8 hours. Premium: by 7:30 AM on weekdays if the snow stops by 3 AM, otherwise within 4 hours.
What if it barely snows this winter?
Standard and Premium come with the Light-Winter Guarantee. If we clear your driveway fewer than 6 times, you get $50 back for each clearing short of 6, paid by Apr 30.
What if it snows more than my pass covers?
Extra clearings are $40 each. So is snow before Nov 1 or after Apr 15, and any visit you ask for when there’s less than 2 inches.
Do you clear the sidewalk?
Yes. Every pass includes your front walk and the public sidewalk in front of your home.
Do you use ice melt?
Standard and Premium get ice melt on the walk and steps every visit. On Basic it’s $10 a visit if you ask. We never use it on concrete less than a year old, so tell us if yours is new.
Do I need to be home?
No. We text you a photo when we’re done. On snow days, please keep gates unlocked and pets inside, and move cars out of the driveway when you can. If a car is there, we clear around it.
Do you work Sundays and holidays?
Sundays are like any other day. On Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day, we clear by 2 PM.
How do I pay?
Pay in full when you sign up, by card through Square, check or cash. Or make 3 automatic card payments for the same total: one when you sign up, one on Dec 15 and one on Jan 15. We don’t take Venmo.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund any time before your first clearing. After that, the pass covers the whole season, and the only refunds are through the Light-Winter Guarantee and On-Time Promise credits.
What if I move during the season?
Your pass can transfer to the next owner or renter of your home.

Prices are for a typical 2-car driveway. If yours is bigger, we’ll quote it before you pay.
